Dr. Alexandra Dresel and Dr. Bridget Holden are Board Certified General Surgeons practicing at Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas.  Both of our doctors have trained extensively to perform a wide variety of general surgery operations.  Our surgeons can also perform various procedures in the office under local anesthesia.
